Good experience overall thanks to the medical staff. Initially the front desk lady was a bit rude. She greeted me but made absolutely no eye contact and just continued typing and looking at the computer until I called her out on it. The Medical staff was great Very engaging knowledgeable and addressed my medical concerns.

Doctor was so bad he never even looked in my throat. I am an asthmatic. I am visiting from out of town and ended up having to call my own Pulmonologist. After talking to him for ten minutes he put me on 40mg of Prednisone daily. This urgent care sent me home with no instructions . Big ZERO. Don’t go ever

Went in for a COVID19 test so I can travel I gave my insurance but for some reason it came up red on there system so I had to pay out of pocket 158.00 for the test. My insurance sent me the statement showing they were actually billed for the test that I paid for. I called and spoke with Trever explained what happened only for him to disconnect the call.

Worst experience ever will not being going back. From the wait to the disorganized way in which you are called to the snotty curt responses from the care personnel where to begin. In addition to waiting 2plus hrs for a test to being passed over by people who you literally hear making an appt walking in 40mins after you and being called before you. After I was finally called I was so upset I was curt with the person and hes going to act like hes doing a favor asking me questions irrelevant to taking a test then they are going to say we are not a testing center we just do the test they asking height weight last period surgeries had everything but apologizing for the wait. Im sure they are going to be charging an arm and leg to the insurance. My fone died while waiting in the car so I came inside and they remove my name from the wait list cause I didnt answer phone while I am sitting in their lobby but why wouldnt you still call the person name in case they are inside the lobbywaiting room Common sense Its a lovely building but thats all You have geriatric people mixed in with people covid testing you need a different setup holycross this isnt it. I mean for covid exposed ppl to be mixed in protect them older people I could go on and on but trust me I will not be going bck from front desk to the back office terrible set. I heard them whispering about me I dont care.
