5 STARS for Dr. Hull : )& Dermatology Consultants of South Florida. On the phone & in person; I have dealt with kind souls here.I arrived as a new patient & was called out of the waiting room before I had finished my paperwork.Lucy & Sam were really professional and nice.Then, Dr. Hull demonstrated that delicate bedside manner that every doctor should posses from the moment she said came in and said hello.*Compassion. Patients need to be treated with compassion. ...*Honesty. It is important to always be honest with patients, but that does not mean being blunt or rude.*Respect. Respect is conveyed in what you say and how you say it.*Clear and concise communication with a smile.Then, my issue was resolved fast & worry free; then I was given a full explanation : )The bottom line was that the whole staff created a happy home for me in an environment that's not usually this patient and sweet = the dr's officeMost dr offices are racy" & let's move it along please.Not here. The whole experience really was pleasant from the time I first spoke with donna to make the appointment here to the time I left.In fact I was so touched that I had to come & share it with you : )And wow Dr. Hulls sexy eyes! Worse office experience ever in my life. Very unprofessional front desk staff at the Sunrise location. The rating is not for the doctor that was never seen it is mainly for the customer service of this dermatologist company.
