I would never go there again

Short wait time. Very thorough. I took my 15-year-old daughter for a sports related injury. The staff listened to us and were very professional. It was my first time there and I would go back.

Quick, caring staff. There for about 40-45 mins. I did strep, flu and covid testing

Rude, stupid questions were asked to my granddaughter.almost as if they didn’t want to treat her. Very negative from the onset.

Just visited this urgent care center and was finished in 20 minutes. Very fast service, nice people. Especially Reena and Aimee, who helped me throughout my visit.

Experience wasn’t as pleasant as I was expecting. Called ahead to schedule an appointment for a covid test because my family tested positive. was told it was walk ins only so I figured an urgent care wouldn’t take long. Paid $140 out of pocket. Before being called upon I waited 2 hours and it was not busy at all. Only 1 person ahead of me and she waited for 2 hours as well before my arrival. Came around 10:30 and was called in at 12:00ish... nurse was extremely nice! Receptionist was nice as well. Nurse did warn me that the rapid testing does have a 2% failure rate for accurate results and I accepted the risk because I waited so long and I already paid. Doctor comes in after the results are processing and she tells me there’s an issue with a payment and I need to pay for a visitation fee for 130 dollars. I was so close to walking out because I would’ve ended up paying 280 dollars for nothing... but I needed those test results that I paid for with my own money. Doctor was knowledgeable... but instead of prescribing a certain medication she insists I transfer to an emergency room for a breathing treatment. (My covid test came negative). Not only did I waste a lot of time coming here... but I am very disappointed that I was not told about a visitation fee. Not sure if I will be charged the extra $130 later but I walked right out. Will probably never return. Despite the nurse being absolutely amazing I still feel like I was robbed and patients have a right to know about the service before hand! As a young 22 year old who is very nonchalant... I definitely find this unacceptable. The other 1 star reviews were right.

Too long of a wait! I will never ever come back.

They are fantastic. Have taken my three kids there many times. Really appreciate how quick they are and always able to give great advice ensuring a quick heal.
