So professional and personal. Hospital staff had so many positive things to say about him and Nancy. He pays attention to detail, and my results definitely show it😊 His office staff are so very nice and the office is very efficient. Highly recommended A++++!!

I had breast reconstruction after a mastectomy. He made my breast larger than I wanted and my chest is a mess. The implant has slipped out of place.

Rude, nasty and unprofessional office staff. Apparently they see fit to introduce themselves in family issues where there is an ongoing divorce proceeding and take sides to put the rights of one parent over another. Edit in response to your reply. Your staff's actions contradict your statements. You post things worded in a way that make you seem reasonable when the reality is far from it. Your staff absolutely inserted itself into the situation. All I wanted as a parent of the patuents and policy holder is to be included in communications regarding my children's healthcare, and you. Denied me that right. Matter of fact you updated the contact information at the request of the other party using an email to which I do not have access.

Just really caring attention, bedside manners and awesome office. I appreciate the care they are taking during these unprecedented times. They are going above and beyond to keep everyone safe during the pandemic while still able to help their patients and provide the best care possible.

Please help me someone help me This office refuse to see me because of recent COVID test which now is negative. She started paperwork was to received a week from appointment date. The appt was scheduled than a week ago from the primary Dr.visit. The receptionist was amazing but the nurse was very rude and please help me my ear hurts so bad and the declined me medical treatment for no reason at all. I explained my Covid-19 test was now negative and they refuse to see me

I left this office in tears. My appointment was canceled stating the paperwork was not received in time. I explained I sent it and the Rn confirmed it was received the morning of. The nurse stated it should have been received a week prior however the office was well aware of me dealing with COVID-19 .I have sine tested negative and wanted a visit from a primary provider to address so additional concerns. She stated the paperwork was due a week in advance the appointment was not scheduled until Days before I arrived which I advised the receptionist I do it before my appointment time please don’t reach to any provider in this office they don’t take the oath as a health provider serious and to now have to go to emergency room at Broward Health and wait even longer with unbearable pain in my right ear and no sound ,can’t hear anything I have never been treated like this from any providers office please don’t take your love one here

Absolutely incredible surgeon and amazing staff!!!! Dr. Ivo Pestana is one of the best doctors I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is so kind, patient, understanding of your needs, and takes the time to sit down and listen to you (unlike many other doctors now-a-days just wanting your money). I would highly recommend this surgeon to anyone as he is incredibly knowledgeable and his staff (Nancy and team) is like no other. Will definitely be a life-long patient. Thank you Dr. Pestana for everything!!
