They never answer on time and are giving my daughter medicine she is allergic too. I wouldn’t trust to come back for her wisdom teeth surgery.

I was referred to this office from my dentist to have my wisdom teeth removed. I called to schedule an appointment for the Coral Springs office and I was scheduled today, Monday 04/24/2023. I called the office to check my copay and I come to find out the office is closed today. I reached out to the chat on the website and the representative told me to call the office, which I already had done two times and no one picked up the phone obviously because they are closed. The staff at this office is so incompetent and inconsiderate to their patients time. How can they schedule patients on a day that they are closed? Imagine what they would do with my teeth. I haven’t even been here once and I will definitely not be coming here at all! Do yourself a favor and choose another place where they consider your time and where the staff is competent! I should’ve listened to the bad reviews!

Don’t go here. They will tell you lies. Better off with another office. I should have listen to my gut. They over charge you, and try to go around the table to make you think your the problem. STAY AWAY!

Dr. Lopez and his entire staff are incredible! I was taken care of with the greatest of care when I had 2teeth extracted. The appointment staff was on top of things … when I’d get to the desk she would have already checked with my insurance to make sure things were covered! Fast and efficient ! I also overheard her talking to an elderly patient and was so slow, caring and respectful to her making sure she understood everything! Very impressive! The day of my surgery the girls who cared for me were great! I can not say enough about my experience! The whole team is very professional and caring at the same time! They get a 10++ for sure! I also had to have a mouth guard for TMJ . Dr. Lopez sent me for physical therapy ( which I thought he was joking!) . I went for over 2 months and let me tell you it was the best! It made a huge difference and I would recommend it to those suffering! Dr. Lopez knows what he’s doing!! Thank you to everyone! Ann Caraganis

I had an appt scheduled for my daughter and when I showed up to the office the office was locked. I had to call to tell them I was there and when they came to the door they told me the doctor had left for an emergency and that my appt was cancelled. I never received a message from the office trying to reschedule. They texted me to confirm my appt 2 times but they didn't bother to text me to let me know the doctor had an appt. Customer consideration and care is severely lacking.

Not only is the staff amazing and friendly. But Dr. Goldwaser was very detailed and clear about what was going to happen during my wisdom tooth removal. Even making sure that I did a follow up to make sure my recovery process went smooth. 100% recommend!

Had simple procedure but Dr. Mederos and her team made it very comfortable with joking around and listening to Elton John....all so pleasant and short wait times which is a plus!!

I went to the Coral Springs location to see Dr. Lopez about my TMJ. This was way back in March of this year. I was told that the insurance verification would take a week and that I would have to return for a splint fitting. The insurance verification took 2 months! When I went back for the splint fitting, I was told that I will have to return so the doctor could verify my fitting once the splint arrived. The splint arrived in July. I had made a follow up appt and the office called me to re-schedule and put it off until the end of the month since the doctor was on vacation and there was no one else who would be able to verify the fitting. Mt symptoms have escalated since then and I am unable to get my splint! It's been ~ 4 months! If I was able to rate this a "0", I would, but please find professional people who are concerned about your health and well being to go to.

My experience was great! I have fears of dentist and Dr. Mederos was kind and understand to my fears. She explained everything to me so I would know what she will be doing. Dr. Mederos took the time to call me to see how I was feeling. How many doctors can you say do that? My nurse, Kristina, I loved her! She was always smiling, friendly, informative, also understanding. Everyone in the office was friendly. I would recommend them, no question. My only complaint is they are only oral surgeons and not dentists. Best side manners are important especially to patients like myself who have fears of dentist, maybe because of something that happened in the past. Dr. Mederos and her Staff, took care of me and I appreciate that more than they know.
