I’ve been seeing Dr. Kurland for a torn rotator for a few months now. He has guided me through the recovery process, including a PRP shot, which prevented me from having surgery. Very pleased with the results. I find Dr. Kurland to be very knowledgeable and professional. Also, his staff is top notch.

My experience with Dr Kurland has been wonderful. He took the time to explain my options prior to knee surgery. When other routes didn’t produce the desired outcome, he made sure that I understood what the process would entail. He is professional, compassionate & extremely caring always listening & addressing any concerns I had. The environment of professionalism & compassion is also evident in his staff. They were always there to answer questions or offer clarification if needed. I will be using him again, if the need arises. I highly recommend Dr. Kurland for orthopedic needs.

Hello everyone, I can honestly say that meeting Dr. Kurland and his amazing staff was one of the best things I've done in my life. When I came to Dr. Kurland's office, I was in tremendous pain in my right knee due to having bone-on-bone arthritis. We tried different ways to reduce the pain by taking shots and P.R.P. treatment and the shots worked until they stopped working and I continued having pain. I was suggested to have total knee replacement even by other doctors I have seen. I finally had knee replacement surgery on April 4th, 2023 at I am a satisfied customer. I didn't have to take any narcotics after my surgery and I started therapy soon after. I have been walking without a walker or cane three weeks after my surgery. I did use cruches the first few weeks and continued going the therapy to build muscle in my knee/leg. I still attend therapy three times a week and exercise at my home as well so that my knee can get even better. If you are thinking about having surgery and Dr. Kurland suggest that you need it, you can trust this doctor because I know that he cares and has decades of experience working with patients that suffer knee and shoulder pain. My first visit to Dr. Kurland was in January 2022. I had been experiencing severe pain in my right shoulder for years. I had had several bone spurs removed about 10 years earlier, but the pain, which was debilitating, still affected my ability to participate in most physical activity. Sleeping had become a nightmare. I ran into an old friend who had similar pain for years, but was now pain-free. He told me that Dr. Kurland was a miracle worker and highly recommended him. But because I live in Martin County (about a 1 1/2 hour drive from Coral Springs) I waited another year before I finally broke down and made the appointment in 2022. My friend was right. Dr. Kurland was attentive, asked many questions, performed a physical examination and had his technician take several X-rays of the affected shoulder. He recommended a specific injection in an area of the shoulder that no other doctor (and there were several) had ever considered. I had had several injections in that shoulder in the past and none had helped. But I gave it one more try. It WAS a miracle. Within a day I was pain-free for the first time in years. I could move my arm in almost any direction. I would say it was 95% better!!! I felt like a new woman. Fast forward to April 2023; more than a year later. The pain had returned. I made an appointment and again, Dr. Kurland had more films done showing further deterioration. Again, an injection gave me almost immediate relief. He and I discussed, in 2022 and 2023, that I will someday need a shoulder replacement. In his words my shoulder is “a mess” with bone spurs, severe arthritis and a myriad of other issues. But he recommended continuing the injections since they are so effective in my case, and that we wait until the injections no longer work before we opt for replacement. I trust him implicitly. He is kind, patient and takes time to answer questions in terms in understand. I’ve gotten my life back. I am so grateful. He is truly a miracle worker.

Keith Kurland, MD has been my family’s orthopedist since the 1990’s. We have always received excellent care from him and his staff, including his physical therapists. We have always returned to top condition, and have been able to return to our usual activities. I am confident that our family will receive a diagnosis and treatment plan that will provide excellent results.

Great experience every time I visit his office. Dr. Kurland and his staff are very professional and courteous. I went in with ankle and knee pains and left pain free with Dr. Kurland treatments. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is seeking an Orthopedic Doctor.

I really enjoyed my visit w/ Dr Kurland; he and his office staff are very personable & pleasant. He gave me an injection & I haven’t felt this good in years (pain free).. we also discussed treatments for the future, if needed. Dr Kurland has started me doing physical therapy for my knee; which I am excited to see continued relief from pain
