The nurse or PA who took the initial info was very patient, and Dr. Diaz was especially thorough and patient with my 81-year- old dad. I was very impressed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was empathetic, which most doctors lack. We didn't feel rushed at the appt and we left with a clear understanding of the treatment plan.
