Mary Beth Tomaselli's Online Review Report Card

An update on my last review. Since for 2 weeks they have not returned my calls nor sent my records to the oncologist I went to get my records myself and it became a screaming match since they told me the could not give my records and I would have to come back at 3. Mind you I had to take a day off from work for this. Because of their patient care or lack of care I could not in good conscious recommend Dr. Tomaselli. I wish I could give them no stars at all.

Dr Tomaselli, you really have lost the flavor to your office Dr. Tomaselli I came here from comprehensive breast imaging and unfortunately you have a monster at your front desk I thought I was write this review because I have been coming to you for over 15 years on professionalism no matter how great a doctor you are will not be tolerated by any patient as a PhD student I desire more I came here I followed you from comprehensive breast center Dr Faria personally called you years ago when I had issues your level of compassion does not match the wolf like character that you have at your front desk as a marketing major this is damning for your business I Clinicclinic this is a disgrace

Very nice

Extremely positive experience, I was seen promptly and all of my concerns were compassionately addressed. I’ve seen several breast surgeons in the area and this was by far the most pleasant experience I have had to date!

I cannot comment on Dr. Tomaselli, since I have never met her, even though I had been going to her offices for several years for my routine mammogram and ultrasound. I assumed that because I did not have any issues with my screenings, she was just busy attending to other patients who needed her more, which to me was still a bit odd. Her office had moved to different locations through the years and I really never had any issues until my last visit. Upon arrival, there was no record of any of my previous visits. I wonder what happened to all of my medical records, I had to start out as a new patient. Another red flag. The last straw was when I was billed a portion of my visit, even though my medical insurance has and still covers wellness screenings at 100%. After a conference call with my insurance company, David from billing and myself, I was assured that once the correct diagnostic codes were submitted, my visit would be paid correctly at 100%. Billing did not do this and yes, I am once again getting billed, this after several phone calls and emails. I will pay the balance due, so as not to go into collections, but I will not return to the offices of Dr. Tomaselli in the future and would not recommend any one else to go there.

Please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Tabitha was very caring and made me feel comfortable through my Procedure. She explained everything to me and answered every question. Good staff

My wife's experience with Dr.T and her staff was great. Friendly and considerate staff. They were so nice while she was there. I recommend Gentle Touch to all women especially if they want a good experience and fast results.

Dr. Tomaselli is an excellent doctor. The fist time I was there, (many years ago), I had... a diagnostic, not clear at all, this was after seeing a hospital, and 2 other doctors. My primary doctor told me about Dr. Tomaselli...after a few tests...all was clear...more than 17 years...and I keep visiting this amazing Lady Doctor. Thank you.
