Horrible! Unprofessional; doesn't follow basis DOT guide lines! Failed in every way imaginable to do a simple DOT physical. Horrible! Burnt me out of $119.00. I will be filing a complaint with Florida DOT on the stupid doctor, who spent all his time on the phone, asking another doctor "how to do the DOT physical". Completely lost in performing the basic tasks. I can't say for certain, after seeing his horrible performance, that he is even certified to perform DOT physicals. When I showed them the federal guidelines for performing a DOT examination, no one wanted to see them. Do not go here for professional services! When I checked the requirements against the FMCSA manual, there is no reason he should have failed me. Just stupid incompetence. I just noticed on my reciept (posted a picture of it) that they lied! I didn't pay them for a private visit. I paid for a DOT physical. Which obviously the bumbling doctor had no clue how to do!!!
