The services at this provider were excellent. Arrival and check-in were smooth. I was seen promptly and attentively. The physician on duty took her time to examine my symptoms and to clarify and explain the steps needed to be taken to resolve the presenting problem. As a person who believes that one of the most important aspects of a visit to a doctor is reassurance and understanding , I highly recommend this provider.

Super fast easy service. I went for preemployment screening. I was in and out within 30minutes. Staff was very nice and efficient.

Stay away from this urgent care. I scheduled an appointment for a pre-employment , which included a physical drug test, and TB gold blood test. Long story short, my nurse Barbara poured my urine in the sink as I was still washing my hands. When I asked if was this was protocol (because this seemed unsanitary and unsafe) she stated “yes, if it is a small amount”. Barbara then became uneasy and passed me along to her charge nurse/manager. The manager arrived for the blood draw and almost cut the circulation off to my arm with the tourniquet. She was very passive aggressive during our encounter and after countless minutes of looking for a vein I simply suggested that she loosened the tourniquet and move it a bit higher to allow for blood flow. Worst mistake…she stated I have “14 years of experience drawing blood”. All in all, I drove 40 minutes to receive a physical and urine test. She was unable to get the blood even with “14 years” of experience she threw in my face. Lastly, I am a healthcare provider and never mentioned it during my visit.

I’ve been going to MedExpress since they opened. Today I was greeted by a very friendly, smiling team member. Then a great RN saw me for preliminary information and then I saw the doctor. He was wonderful -

I came in as a walk-in. The place was clean and pleasant. The front counter representative along with other staffs were welcoming.
