Words cannot describe what Dr. El Kassem has done for my father and our family. He fought along with us and never gave up on my dad. It was a long road to recovery, but when you have a doctor that is caring, compassionate, and always available for his patients and their family members it makes a world of a difference. Thank you Dr. El Kassem for helping my dad celebrate another birthday. Thank you from the Goldson family.

Front desk gave wrong time for appointment.I was told 11.15 am.Upon arrival,the front desk stated that it was 1.15 pm.Was finally seen at 12.45pm,not by the doctor but by a nurse practitioner.Very cordial visit,but very bad front desk.

I met Dr. El Kassem while I was in the Coral Springs Hospital with serious kidney problems. He visited me everyday with kindness, caring and compassion. He continued my care and remains my kidney doctor today. I have recommended a friend with kidney problems and they absolutely love him. I would without hesitation highly recommend Dr. El Kassem to anyone (friend or family member). Best thing that happened to me was meeting Dr. El Kassem.

This is a comment aimed at cupcup and a review. I spent weeks at Northwest regional when my body fell apart last November and December. Several doctors tended to me during that time but only Dr El kassem visited with me everyday did a blood test every day arranged a blood transfusion and got my kidneys working again. Who does that these days? I am new to kidney damage but you can bet I will be following up with Dr l kassem!!! Steve G.

If you want a doctor who takes his oath seriously then don't waste your time. A very uncaring doctor/person!! When someone is in acute renal failure and can't urine even though you told him how much water was drunk, don't you think he would order a bladder scan and do emergency dialysis to rid the body of the poison toxins that are going through the body? He did nothing!!! Sad 😔 very sad!! Also release a patient whose RBC is 2.73, and hemoglobin 8.15 which requires a blood transfusion. As that can cause death. Because he was in a hurry because his nephew was in the car and they had plans. So why would he even come to the hospital if that was the case? He deserves a negative 5-star!!!!

Dr. El Kassem is like no other doctor I have seen in the area. I was in the ICU with covid at Coral Springs medical center fighting for my life and Dr. El Kassem stopped by to check in on me every single day for 15 days straight. He made sure that I was taking care of and that I was receiving the best care possible. Every day he would take his time answering any question I had and making sure that I understood everything going on. I could never thank him enough for the time and kindness that he gave me.
