Rude and extremely unprofessional. We got a referral with their old address, they didn’t call to remind us of the appointment and when we tried to call it was hell trying to get someone on the phone. Fast forward we get here and it nobody else in the office so I was just confused as to why they couldn’t answer the phone and also why they couldn’t let us know they moved to a different location. But called to verify the insurance. Just a horrible experience

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you are treated with respect and dignity. The office is extremely clean and inviting. The staff assisting the Doctor are professional and compassionate.

Saw my father on telemetry floor as cardio consult. Not an ounce of pleasant bedside manner and was rude. Condescending. Rushed. Unprofessional. We requested a different cardiologist. Would not even give one star.

Dr. El Sayed is great! If it weren’t for him I might not be here today. After my surgery I continue to see him every year for my follow up visits. Every year time I see him he is friendly, caring, takes his time asking me questions. I couldn’t ask for a better cardiologist.

Firstly, most of the negative reviews are for administrative complaints and personal issues and NOT about the doctor! Attentive and compassionate. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I've had in my life! I'm an esrd patient and Dr El Sayed was the hospital cardiologist who always took care of me in hospital. The logical progression led me to adopting him as my personal cardiologist. Great decision!

Saff(Stephanie) was caring and kind. After waiting nearly an hour. Dr comes in looks at my results says everthing is good, yea! He was about to leave quickley, I said dont leave because I had questions. He said "Your leaving I'm not! Im staying," he tone was condecending. I proceded to listen and question him for clarity on my family Doctors reason for referring there ! I dont just love going to a medical office to waste time. Im a retired professional, not stupid. Will probably search for a different specialist if needed again. I pray never again.
