If I could post a negative 1 star I would!!!!Dr. Morris is very nice, and thorough when ordering tests, but it seems unless you have $$$$ and are on her concierge service you will not get help. Office staff does not know how to get referrals nor how to deal with insurance companies. Honestly, it has been the worst experience at a medical office I have ever experienced. I am in remission from Cancer and started having serious issues, the office staff did not know how to get referrals and said to me “ we only have one personal at front desk (part time) so we have no idea when we can get to it” seriously! I had to call my insurance Co. and get my own referral for immediate help! For the second referral They made me miss 2 scheduled appointments which delayed my appointments for 3 weeks because of their incompetence. I would never recommend this office! Staff has NO EXPERIENCE

I've been seeing Dr. Morris for at least two years now and my experience has been great! She is knowledgable and dedicated. I highly recommend her!

Dr Leila Morris is a fantastic Doctor. She is very knowledgeable about a variety of subjects and keeps up with changes in medicine. Dr Morris is very kind and will give you all the time you need to discuss your ailments. I highly recommend her services to anyone, if you are in the Coral Springs, Fl area, make an appointment with her !

Initially I was grateful to have found this office as they could get me in on short notice. After a number of bad experiences my opinion has changed and I will seek care elsewhere. The receptionist Peggy may be one of the least pleasant people ever. She has no desire to be kind or friendly. She is abrasive and gruff. Dr. Morris will see you for 1 visit and then to continue seeing her you must pay a $1,600+ concierge fee. Otherwise you will see her PA, Natalia who I'm sure is qualified but has a terrible "bedside manner". She shows no compassion when delivering bad results. They constantly are behind schedule and require you to wait 30+ minutes for your appointment with little regard for their patient's time and schedules. They frequently send you for lab work and then require you to come back for a visit (and pay $$) to discuss your lab results.

I have been a patient of Dr. Morris for over 15 years. During this time she has listened to and addressed my concerns, identified a thyroid tumor (by just mentally comparing how my neck/throat felt compared to the year before!), and proactively made consistent and thoughtful recommendations to improve my immediate and long term health at every visit. She has always exhibited the utmost in professionalism and most important to me , devoted her full attention and adequate time at each appointment to provide my care without the feeling of rushing me or being on the clock.I have recently moved, but am more than willing to go out of my way to seek out her care and advice. To be able to trust my Doctor is invaluable!

Dr. Morris has been my primary care doctor for many years, and I could never imagine going to anyone else. She has always taken extraordinary care of my health, and she has done so in such a caring manner. Her knowledge and professionalism places her in high esteem, and I would recommend her to anyone who wants the best in his/her own healthcare journey.

I have seen her once in over two years she doesn’t care to see minorities, we are referred to her Physician assistant. When I finally saw her she placed me on medication that I had a bad reaction to and doesn’t Follow up. Beware!

I'm very upset at this place the reason why is because I called to make an appointment I make sure I ask the lady do you take my insurance she was like yeah but the day of apoitment I went there 7 in the morning I couldn't be in my bed that's when she's going to tell me oh we don't take your insurance but you are eligible in the computer but we dont take your insurance really people are too busy now this for y'all to be wasting people time like that

Dr. Morris has been my primary care physician for nearly three years. Her office staff has been friendly yet professional. Dr. Morris been very good at making me follow through on referrals to other doctors (GYN appts, mammograms, etc).Recently I experienced a terrible infection caused by cat bites. Dr. Morris was so alarmed that she took me by the hand and walked me across the street to the hospital (figuratively and literally). Then she appeared in my hospital room daily to check on my progress. She coordinated my care with the two other doctors and the surgeon involved in my case. It gave me a lot of reassurance to know someone was watching over my care.I really appreciate everything Dr. Morris and her staff do for me. They have been wonderful!

Rude staff. If you want to get annoyed because of how they treat you call here. Most unprofessional, unpleasant receptionist in the history of receptionist. Too bad.
