When I came to Nuviva Coral Springs a few months ago, I was at my heaviest I've ever been. From day 1, Chris and Brenda have guided me through every step of the way. With each phase, they have been so encouraging and always motivate me to stay focused on my weight loss goals. I've lost 25 pounds (so far) in a few months and I am grateful for their guidance that helped me achieve that loss. It's not without work, I've done my part in staying focused on my weight loss, but Chris and Brenda have been instrumental in my success because they are cheering for me the whole time. Even on the days when I know my food choices have not been good ones, they never make me feel judged for a second. They truly recognize that this is a part of life, and they're right there in my corner helping me get to the next step of my goal. If you're considering a weight loss journey, I highly recommend Nuviva Coral Springs. They are wonderful! Thank you Chris and Brenda for all that you've done to help me get to where I am so far, and I look forward to reaching my final "destination" with you both! :)
