My appointment was rescheduled to about two weeks later. Although I got numerous check in messages and reminders nobody took the trouble to inform me the doctor was running very late. So late that he did not even see me. I spent two hours in a crowded waiting room for nothing. The waiting room was far too small to provide social distancing, but no provisions were made for paging or calls. An assistant scheduled me for a telehealth call two days later. The assistant called at 9:00 and asked for my vitals ( good thing I had a cuff). I was told to expect a call back at 10:15. The call came after noon. This displays a complete lack of respect for me as a patient. There is no excuse for this. I found the office staff to be rude and unhelpful. I cannot imagine socialized medicine could be any less attentive

Excellent first visit. Dr. Kalirao was friendly, knowledgeable, took time to answer all my questions. Advised me how to proceed with tests, exams and diet. A pleasure to find such a wonderful doctor.

Doc Kalirao has the best bedside manners I have ever experienced. My mother is treating with him. He explains everything with patience, is very thorough, makes sure we understand and makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone. I’m thankful to God, Doc was recommended to us.
