Our appointment is set for 245PM. At 340PM we get called back to the doctors office. At 430PM, the very doctor's office that I'm been waiting in, calls me and tells me we need to come in for shots. I let them know I'm in the office and been in the office for sometime. Finally at 440PM, almost 2 hours later. We got our shots. This was such a cluster of confusion. I'd hope others have better experiences but this is twice I've had appointments and we're not seen for an hour + later.

I love Dr. Allan Cotler as my son's pediatrician. He is very knowledgeable and he genuinely cares. He gives honest opinions and is very down to earth. I always remember when my son was a new born and he took the time help us adjust his car seat the right way. He never makes us feel like we are doing something wrong but instead will give suggestions in a very respectful manner. Also, If we ever miss an appointment with him he personally calls at earliest convenience to follow up. Other than that, Sometimes I have to wait a little longer at visits but I understand we are in a pandemic.
I love the doctors but the front desk can’t get it together. I’m self pay and they always send me bills with extra charges. And they give me no explanations as to why. I feel like they make up a number when I get there and send me a bogus bill later.
Do go there. My appointment is at 11:10am. They said I have 3 patients before me. So I go to the car and wait. 12:40 they call me in. I thought I got serve. But no got to sit in the room until 1:35 before dr come in. Horrible customer service.this is going to be me last time there
What’s the point of making an appointment? Had an appointment for 8am wasn’t seen till 9:45 very disappointed. My child has a new pediatrician now.
JUST SPENT THE LAST 2 HOURS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO ANSWER THE PHONE JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.if you want someone reliable this is not the place for you
Had a appointment today for my daughter, I believe her doctor name was Dr.Allen he was amazing , very Professional, very kind to my daughter & gentle.
I’ve been going to pediatric associates for many years now. Usually I go to the Boca location but I had an emergency and needed to go to the Coral Springs location. The staff is absolutely incompetent I have a HIPAA waiver signed and mentioned before the appointment that I did not want the person I was going to go with to hear about any previous test results. The staff not only writes this on a neon sticky note but also at the end of the appointment the doctor hands the paper to the person with the sticky note. I’m a fan of pediatric associates but I will never be returning to this office. Very unprofessional and unable to keep patient privacy.
Very disappointed at Pediatric Associates in general. After seeing several Dr's for the past months for a cough my 3 year old has. I actually asked the nurse practitioner to do an X ray since I felt nothing was getting done. We ended up at the ER (Dimago Hospital). She was diagnosed with pneumonia. They called with the results from Pediatric associates, nurse practioner says results "her X ray is normal" I was in shock. My instinct told me something was not right, and I am glad we took the initiative to go to the ER. Especially in these times, they need to be more proactive, not sure if they are hiring unprepared staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
