Urgent care amazing treatment from now on I will always take my grandkids or my kids there if there’s an emergency friendly clean one of the best urgent cares I have ever been to for pediatrics. Hands down they need more places like this and more people like their staff

Pretty disappointed. I do understand that it’s New Year’s Eve & that everyone is getting sick right now. I do appreciate that there was a doctor who could see my son considering how many people were waiting as well. But that does not excuse the fact that they weren’t very thorough with anything. Dr told me my son had no fever & just has a cold. When I got home & took his temp, it was 101.8 which is not okay for a 21 month old. He is visibly unwell & sick. This is not some common cold…

Made an appointment for my child for 1:30 PM and arrived an hour early and checked in 15 minutes later via phone at approximately 12:45 PM. My ill child and I waited an uncomfortable 3 hours to be seen. It never happened.We finally told a gentlemen that we could no longer wait. The gentleman proceeded to say, "Okay", and walked away. As I was asking whether I had to check out or do anything on my end, he proceeded to the front desk and began a conversation with someone else. I repeated my request to which his response was, "You can just go through the front door."I'll spare you the rest of the story. I understand my experience isn't everyone else's. However, a little human decency and communication goes a long way. Anyone could have communicated the delay and kept me posted while my sick child waited. Also, the attitudes aren't necessary especially at a pediatric facility.I'll never return despite what the other reviews say.

First time taking my daughter here because our regular urgent care was closed already. Will probably just go straight to PM next time we need urgent care. Everyone was super nice and efficient. The doctor was kind and funny too. Really helps when you’re already having a tough day. Thank you!
