From the billing department to the technicians to the dentists themselves, and the oral surgeons, I have nothing but praise they have done superb work on my teeth that have needed help for many years. They are positive encouraging, helpful, and even showing Consideration for my limited insurance coverage in helping me get the most quality service on my limited budget. The Coral Springs Sage dental office is the best run best man or should I say “womaned” dental office I have ever been to, bar none!

As many of the reviews state. This place tries to upsale services, prescribe extra procedures and refuses to provide just a basic service covered by the insurance. The over 4 stars review at Google is misleading. I might have an issue, but it requires treatment then rather than a hygienist trying to charge extra any time of cleaning. The first time it was explained that I haven't had cleaning in a while, but after 6 months the same song doesn't sound funny

Amazingly wonderful and caring staff, I got my wisdom teeth removed here and the doctor has the hands of an Angel. The recovery was a virtually painless recovery. I could not thank them enough for such an awesome and good experience.

This dentist blacklists patients for complaining about staff being unprofessional. I had a visit and explained my disappointment in the hygienist who seemed very uncomfortable with the procedure I asked her to do. I was not rude to her, I only complained about her to from desk. Front desk went to blacklist my account out of spit because I didnt want them to charge me for unnecessary procedures. They refuse to accept that they are wrong and when I called back to ask the staff why, they are all defensive falling into the lies! Please stay away from this dental office!! They are the worst.

Tuve una mala experiencia, me hicieron extracción y no me dieron seguimiento, al pedir la cita por dolor luego de dos semanas, no había un doctor disponible en la oficina y debía ir a otra que está muy lejos, no hacen buen seguimiento a los pacientes. El call center no es muy amable, pareciera que les molesta que se llame a pedir citas de seguimiento, eso fue lo que me hizo sentir la persona que me atendió. Debo decir también que el Doctor Lamas y la técnica de radiología fueron muy amables, mi inconveniente fue luego del procedimiento.

this place used to be good when they were smaller but they turned into some corporate conglomerate and the customer experience fell off a cliff, also it seems like some of the doctors exaggerate to get you to pay for unnecessary services.. and the billing process is a nightmare

the dentists are GREAT!. the billing practices are more than suspect. Attempted to get me to pay more then $3,000 for a root canal that was covered by my insurance.
