This was my second visit to this Sage Dental location, the first being 6 months ago when I was visiting family and a filling quite unexpectedly fell out. The Sage family worked to get me to a location the same day for a root canal and temporary filling that stopped the growing pain and got me back to Ohio pain free and able to eat and drink anything. Fast forward to today’s visit where I was overdue for regular cleaning and a front lower tooth chipped off. Sue did a great job of getting info and X-rays, Dr. Lemus expertly filled the chipped tooth better than before, and Leila evaluated my teeth and recommended a deep cleaning. There wasn’t time for the procedure, but Leila skipped her lunch break to do it! That’s exceptional service! I am so thankful for their personal service! Kudos, ladies! ❤️😊

This was my first visit and my experience was terrible. I will never go back. My appointment was at 10 am. I arrived 10 minutes early and the receptionist seemed to be pre-occupied with something else. Not receptive. Once I got her attention and she confirmed I was checked in I was waiting for 30 minutes without any update on how long it will take. There was another younger lady that had the appointment at the same time and she was provided an update and was taken in earlier than me. I had to ask multiple times for an update and waited and finally went to the front desk where I was informed they were short staffed. There needs to be proactive updates provided to people that are waiting. Not sure why the younger lady was being provided updates and was taken in before me and I was completely ignored? Did she have better insurance or was this some other form of discrimination?
