This practice doesn't even deserve one star!! If I could go into the negative numbers I would!!! I Literally walked out of the office without seeing the doctor due to such an Obnoxious Office staff and Manager!! My first clue should have been that the location is in the middle of " the hood"-Despite that, I thought ok I was referred there by my last foot doctor's practice- Who moved out of state but was still part of -The Same very large practice-different location- but looking for this doctors expertise in orthotics. As soon as I get into the room( which looks like someone got beat up in it) one of the staff- Who Never introduced herself- tells me that they don't except Any insurance for the orthotics! Then the office manager comes in- also doesn't introduce herself- rolls her eyes as I explain to her that I'm a medical professional who has made sure my orthotics ARE COVERED by my insurance- she answers telling me 4 TIMES that the orthotics will cost $400. If she had bothered looking at my information from the other practice (which she easily could have) she would've seen that I had expensed thousands of dollars out of pocket!! It's not typical of me to walk out of a doctors appointment - but this treatment WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE in any situation!! Immediately called another doctor from my car to set up an appointment!! Unless you have Medicaid or Medicare- Do Not go to this office - NO QUALITY HERE - Hoping the Dr actually sees this or cares! Obviously they think they're the only show in town!

I visited this practice a little over a year ago. Although the doctor did everything he had to do, his office staff failed by not scheduling a follow up visit, provide the prescription suggested by the doctor and providing information on lab results. Instead they blamed me for their own shortcomings. It is unfortunate that a good doctor is surrounded by such incredibly mediocre support staff.

Dr. Norris actually spoke with my husband and also listened to his issues. The problem in his foot and ankles are solved and if they ever come up again (arthritis does not go away!) we will go back, but it's been quite some time now and all is still good. The office staff is extremely helpful and everyone is very pleasant. I can't thank Dr. Norris enough as no one likes to see anyone in pain.

This Dr. Is a fraud! Billed my insurance company 2 times for strappings, and only handed me metatarsal pads! He got paid both times, and still wants money for deductible??? He got paid for both, which is much more than I owed him. I worked in Podiatry for years, so I know! Insurance fraud would be a great definition for this!!!

Dr. Norris and his staff at the Coral Springs office are consummate professionals. Wait time is a minimum. The care offered is personalized, and all staff are friendly, efficient, and caring. I felt that my issue was thoroughly addressed and the treatment proposed appropriate. My experiences at all the various Certified Foot and Ankle offices have been consistently positive. The online patient portal is very helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr Norris for a couple of years now and find him and his practice totally professional. I would recommend him to anyone needing foot care.
