I honestly dont feel like anyone cares at this office....you never see the same person and no one ever follows up. Today i had a tele-visit, i paid my co-pay and had to call the office to remind them about the appointment. The Arpn called back 4 hours later. The call lasted for 5 mins, she sounded like she was in a hurry, once again no concern. As a RN, this is the sad reality of healthcare. I will just not go back, they only bill your insurance...im still await 2 referral....Once again...i will not put myself through these ever again. I was sick and helpless, but find another provider...not this group of ACTORS!!!

Wouldn’t recommend. Went in due to memory issues such as forgetting entire days, and was ultimately told that I don’t have memory problems and I’m just stressed which is causing me to not listen to people when they talk. At the first session I was just told that I’m too young for memory problems, which I’m fully aware, hence why I sought out help.

I have not received any treatment from Dr.Sonia Kalirao, MD. I got nothing but problems. I got two bills for not going to the doctor. I personally wrote a letter to Doc Sonia Kalirao with a detailed explanation of what had happened and faxed it. No response. Nobody cares about the heart of the matter. Office workers lie, do not pay attention to my complaints. What kind of treatment can we talk about if everyone is lying in their area of work. Dr. Sonia Kalirao made me $100 and $75 for backlog work. A shame!!!!

1.Long waiting times, I waited for more than 1 hour Before I could see Dr Kalirao 2. Dr kalirao just spent 5 mts with me. Very Brief conversation/ explanation at all to help me understand my health issues. 3. No visit summary was given at the end of visit. 4. The person checking me out was very rude. 5. I was asked to get my tests done at her office and when I explained that my insurance would not cover the office diagnostics, I was only given I I prescription for a diagnostic. I still was not given the rest 3 test prescriptions🤫 Making me wonder why ???

Very long wait time to see the Doctor 1 hour and 45 minutes. Dr. Kalirao is a great Doctor but the wait time was terrible.

Excellent customer service from the front of the office to the back. Dr. Sonia’s bedside mannerisms was greatly appreciated. She really listened to me and all my concerns.
