Very nice n pleasant dr staff was very sweet had a little wait but no biggy he spent adequate time with me eased my mind just hoping what he did works it’s on top of my scalp

Office staff is horrible. One doesn’t know what the other is doing or saying. Completely disrespectful—talked to my mother as if she has dementia, which she does not. We will never be back

Dr. Wallach and his staff were all very nice and professional. The wait time was relatively short and everything was explained clearly. Dr. Wallach and his assistant engaged me in pleasant conversation as they examined me which made me feel very calm and comfortable. I will definitely recommend them to others and will return for sure.

My experience with Dr. Wallach and his staff has always been very positive and I recommend his services highly.To describe him I would say that with the twinkle in his eyes, curly white hair and calm and caring demeanor Dr. Wallach looks like he came right out of central casting to play the part of the beloved family physician that you see on tv medical shows. (Think Marcus Welby).He diagnosed my skin condition quickly and took the necessary steps to cure it. Although I am fluent in English, he surprised me by switching to excellent Spanish and even was familiar with some of its slang words!A few days later, as promised, his staff telephoned me with the pathology results of some skin tissue samples.I am glad that I disregarded the negative comments of the "crab-apples" in the reviews here and retained the services of Dr. Wallach. Five stars!

Didn’t get a chance to see/review the doctor because whoever they have answering the phone is an idiot, with no critical thinking capabilities. Tried to make an appointment without my insurance card... told me that wasn’t possible and I’d need to call back when I had it. Stressed I needed to make appt now, could she please book as a cash patient... told me that due to office policy she couldn’t, asked for manager, not available. Adios... don’t waste your time.

Very friendly and knowledgeable doctor. Talked to me the whole way through during the appointment about any concerns I had. Totally felt comfortable the whole way through, very pleased.

Can't believe the way we were treated today. After years of using the Center for Dermatology, I will never return. Having a strict no cell phone policy is ridiculous because everyone has emergencies. Today after waiting 45 minutes to be seen after the scheduled appointment time, an emergency arose at work. The phone call lasted at most 5 minutes. Unfortunately the call came in as the Doctor was FINALLY coming to see my daughter. She couldn't even wait for the phone call to be done and turned around and left. She returned after another 25 minutes of making us wait. Where she then proceeded to berate us about the strict no cell phone policy. What should have happened was an apology should have been made for keeping us waiting and then politely the cell phone policy could have been mentioned. The fact of the matter is nothing is black and white and sometimes a phone call is actually important.

Amazing practice with truly knowledgeable and courteous staff.

I was referred to Dr Wallach from a Physician referral and proceeded to sit in the waiting room for 75 minutes and finally decided to leave. I went up to the counter two times before I left and all I received were empty apologies. Great job taking care of first time patients. Apparently patient satisfaction doesn't rank high on their priority list.

Dr. Wallach really did a great job in diagnosing and treating my condition. I will be going back again and will recommend to all my friends and acquaintances that if they need a dermatologist to go see Dr. Wallach.
