Just started going back to Dr. Keene after going 4 yrs ago. He & his entire office staff (Lorraina, Neisha) are great!!! He actually takes the time to EXPLAIN lab work & other things to you. He is truly wonderful!

Dr. Keen has been my doctor for over 20 years. He has ALWAYS shown compassion and caring. My husband is also a patient. We both love him and his staff and would highly recommend him. He is the real deal.

Dr.Keen great the staff depending on what day it is also… was told I would get a phone call back and haven’t received one my son is out of his meds and they said would help me out but here it is almost closing time and nothing…. Phone keeps ringing and then sending me right back to the press this number for this person ect

Years ago, I hurt my back. I was life-flighted to TMH. After discharge I continued under the care of Dr. Keen and he refilled my opiods 2, possibly 3, times. When I called him for another refill, he said "how about you try without them this time?" For years I have meant to tell him that I believe he saved me from addiction all those years ago. I loved those pain pills and it would not have taken much longer for me to be in trouble with them. This was before there was so much news about the dangers of opiods but he was aware that I was becoming too comfortable with the use of them. Thank you Dr. Keen

This office has lazy staff. This doctor prescribed medication and never sends it to the pharmacy. After call 4 times they said "We'll send it right now" Waited an hour to call the pharmacy to only get sorry we don't have it. When you tell your patients that that it's important to take this medication and you don't send it how are they going to take it. I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is the second time that we've had this problem.

Dr. Keen is a great doctor to my parents. Arena the receptionist is a great help with her acknowledge of getting refills on meds and appts. Dr. Keen does telehealth appts saving a trip in office to discuss lab work done. He takes the time to explain results and any concerns.
