2020-After telling the staff repeatedly that I intended on purchasing my contacts online for a fraction of (their) cost, that I only needed an exam, I was continuously pressured to purchase the save product from them during my visit? I see another Optometrist .However, My husband has continued seeing them for 3 +years. Unfortunately , He had an eye injury today, he called to make an appointment to have it checked out. He was told to, no pun intended, “KEEP AN 👁️ ON IT” ! IF IT STARTS HURTING GO TO THE ER (45 minutes away)!?!?!? later in the day it began to bother him more so I encouraged him to go have it checked by Dr Amin At 4:30 in the afternoon, he was literally turned away from this office because the Doctor had left for the day! the front office staff refused to allow the tech to look at it stating she wasn’t “qualified “ to do so. He’s going to urgent care next to Publix. Also, transferring to another office who will be more interested in Caring for people than selling people over priced products. Good luck! Crawfordville is a very small town!
