Dr. Ball always listens to me and works hard to take care of my health issues. I am so glad I found this office. The staff are friendly and helpful too! I would recommend Dr. Ball and his staff! Thank you Dr . Ball.
I recently had a stroke and saw Dr Ball and found him very professional and friendly. He took time to ex explain my drug changes an even wrote me a posted note to take home as my memory was affected by the stroke. I'm so happy to have him as my new doctor. Welcome to.Wakulla Dr Ball.
Had my first visit with Dr. Ball today and in the office review I gave the entire experience a 10 out of 10. From the check-in to the physicians assistant to Dr. Ball himself to the check-out everyone was professional, friendly and efficient. In addition to these attributes Dr. Ball was also extremely knowledgeable and empathetic reviewing my history, listening attentively to all my concerns and providing helpful and reassuring feedback. My wife also started visiting Dr. Ball and is also very impressed, grateful and pleased.
I had a very good experience. It is my second time meeting Dr. ball and his staff. I am very pleased. Welcome to wakulla. county. Have a great day. Thank you very much.
Dr. Ball is friendly, competent and efficient in all appointments I have had with him. From the regularly scheduled yearly exam, to urgent problems and the need to see a doctor. Dr, Ball has been very helpful to me in those urgent need times and I thank him!
I had to wait 3 1/2 months to see Dr Ball. My primary reason to visit is because I am a thyroid patient and new to this state. I have known I was not making enough T3 (vital hormone), for many months before I made the appointment, then waited many more months to see him. I requested a blood test for T3 which he would not have tested for otherwise. It came back that my T3 is low. Bit he will not treat it as he feels it is fine the way it is. If it’s fine, how did I know that it was low? I am suffering every day from the effects of low T3, a vital hormone. First do no harm is obviously not his creed. By leaving my body in a deficit of a vital hormone he is neglecting my body and my health. Many doctors don’t really understand the thyroid system and he’s one of them. If you just want a doctor and your not really sick, he’s ok, if you have a chronic condition I suggest going elsewhere.
I have been trying for a week to get my blood pressure medication refilled. I called his office daily for the past four days. Today I went to the pharmacy to get an emergency supply. I have been out of meds for three days. Still no refill and now it's Friday. I do not recommend using this doctor or Health Care Associoates.
My disabled sister moved from Georgia to Florida and was looking for a primary care in the Crawfordville area. She filled out paperwork and was told she had to fill out more paperwork for new patient. My wife went with her to pick up application for new patient at doctors office. They filled out everything and mailed back in. My sister was told after Christmas she could get an appointment. Christmas came and went then was told after New Year’s she could get an appointment. On 16 January found out she was just about out of her medication. I called the office and they said that it wouldn’t be till April till she could see a doctor. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend anybody go to this office for any kind of care. The staff seem clueless.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
