Not happy call office with positive covid test sick as hell nothing no I'll set you up a pho e appointment nothing,if this is the type doctor she is then you are nothing to her my husband an two friends that got covid there doctors all cared called in medication an did phone appointment, not only this still waiting on lab an test results from 3 weeks ago. Very dissatisfied so far fill neglected.

With all my medical problems dr. Rivera has kept me alive for 10 years of course I will never find another doctor to later I am so sad that I can't find her and see her again

DR RIVERA IS A GREAT DOCTOR SHE IS VERY CAREING DOCTOR ABOUT HER PATENTS SHE HAS BEEN MY DOCTOR OVER 10 YEARS AND I WOULD NOT GO SEE A NOTHER DOCTOR SHE KNOWS HER STUFF AND MAKES SURE YOU UNDERSTAINED BEFORE YOU LEAVE HER OFFICE SHE HAS HELP ME WITH MY DEPRESSION AND BROUGHT ME A LONG WAY I LOVE DOCTOR AND I KNOW SHE LOVES ALL HER PATENTS AND CARES ABOUT THEM

Very unprofesional, does not care about the patients, rude and just rushes , does not take time to listen , nor cares to hear your concerns. Got mad and told me to find another doctor cause i refused a Shot, then my medical chart went missing and nurse said she might of took it home which is a hippa violation. So who knows where my medical chart is or in who's hands , monday i will be making a few calls as this is not right and very wrong . There is alot more but this is all i will say for now

She's great if you're an addict or want to become one. She prescribed my dad morphine and oxycodone despite his requests for something not so strong. She insisted he try that for his pain. She did not make a follow up appointment, then when I realized that he was having morphine withdrawals she would not even call in a non-narcotic sleep aid or anti-nausea to help over the weekend. Her response was to go to the ER. It was absolutely disgusting and I will never forget it.
