Billed our insurance incorrectly and refused to fix. Did not bother to let us know we owed more than the copay until the 3rd visit office for the same issue that wasnt fixed.

I've been to dermatologists before and they've always done a thorough exam - so I do have a basis for comparison. I'm not sure it's fair to give Dr. Trapp 1 star since he never even put in an appearance. Instead, he had a P.A. who seemed distracted by something else, maybe her phone. In any case I'd rate the office as below average, and the care as substandard (and this is coming from someone who rarely gives bad reviews - even Burger King got a halfway decent one from me).

The lack of care compared to other dermatologists I've seen definitely stood out.

I haven't had an appointment in a while. I called to make an appointment. I followed the phone prompts (Press 1 for scheduling an appointment). I started by saying hello, my name is. . . my date of birth is. . . The girl on the phone starts talking over me and ask me what I called for. Then ask me my name and starts talking over me again. Every time I come in there, I get some version of bad service that sets me off! I'm not some 90 year old mumbling in the phone for an appointment so you can cut junk off my body. Be considerate and professional and let people talk when they call you! IF you can't handle that, then mail me my records to change doctors.

Front desk employee was rude from the moment I walked in the door. Asked if I had filled out paperwork ahead of time, (I never received any paperwork to fill out) and I replied no I did not fill paperwork. She replied with an unnecessary snarky comment under her breath. She wanted to make a copy of my government issued ID(I’m legally not allowed to do that.) Lindsey came to talk to me and continued to be rude and said they would not see my son today without the illegal photocopy of my ID. I will NOT return to this office, and had my son’s referral sent elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.

When I arrived at 1:00 I was told at 1:20 that my appt for my daughter was at 2:30. When we got in the room it was NOT the provider I was told when making my appointment . My daughter's actual treating doctor was off sick. Yes, so when I made the appt they said another provider's name and I agreed because we've seen her. However, at the appt it was a different, third, provider entirely. So any doubts I had that I somehow messed up with the appt time were invalidated. They completely switched providers and times on me. Then on the way out I questioned the provider change , the front office rude woman says, "I'm sorry I really can't explain it". ...I can- You guys switched us for a provider and time I didnt agree to -and didnt bother to call to make sure it was okay. doctors are great here , but the FRONT office staff continually suck. IF I go back for the actual providers, I will get my appointment in WRITING or EMAIL for proof so they can't come back and change it causing issues

He is so awesome. Very caring. His staff is awesome too

Went to Dr. Trapp. Believing I would see him I had skin cancer at one time so I was worried too. Well I was wrong. They herded people in like cattle, very unprofessional to say the least. Needless to say I never saw the doctor . I said hey am I not going to be able to see the doctor ? . They went and got him and he stuck his head in the door , I will Never back again. So disappointed. They sure acted like they didn't care at all. Dr. Trapp seemed to not care enough to show compassion to someone who had skin cancer and was very concerned. Sad But even though I saw the nurse practitioner , they still insisted on getting full payment. Wow.

I am a RN of 40 pus years Was recommended by several former Patients of Dr Trapp and by our Pastor. I can say with experience Dr. Trapp is excellent Dr Trapp office is very professional. I have personally never been treated as respectful as I am there. I seldom have wait. Upon my second visit They knew me and greeted me by name. All of his staff act as if they are best friends and at least appear genuine happy. This attitude comes from Dr Trapp. He treats his staff as equals knowing their attitudes are important in his Clients care. Knowing he cares for his staff reassures me That as his client will receive the same are . I would trust my grand children to under his care.
