Mervin Manuel's Online Review Report Card

I felt so much pressure to choose the right pediatrician. I called Dr Manuels office based off of a referral from a likeminded parent. We have been so please with Dr. Manuel and his staff thus far. Our son is almost 5 months old and he has seen us since day 1. He is very knowledgeable and common sense and is just so wonderful with my son. Would definitely recommend. Also now they are a part of the White Wilson Medical Group which is an added perk

This is one the best doctor have known. Very caring and kind and very knowledgeable. Has been seen my son doctor since birth we had have nothing but good experience with him and his office staff.

Love Dr. Manuel You will never meet anyone as sweet as him. He is very thorough and treats my baby like a precious gem. My husband and I have peace of mind knowing he will be her doctor for years to come.

Unfortunately I never got to meet Dr. Manuel because his office staff is very unprofessional. I called to schedule my daughter a well visit and they gave me a same day appointment. I informed them that I may not be able to make the appointment that day because I was at work she stated that was fine and to call them and let them know if I was unable to make it I called them and the answering service was still forwarding their calls during lunch I told her about the situation and she put a note in the computer. The next day I called to get my daughter rescheduled and the receptionist tells me that I was a no call no show and Dr. Manuel doesnt allow you to make another appointment. I informed her I did call and left a message. Once she finally actually looked and seen the message she says Ill let him know and call you back. They never called back or anything.

Amazing doctor and office

I took my 3 month old to him with my son running a 102 fever. He told me it was nothing but a virus and he would be fine but to wait a few days and if kept the fever then go to the hospital. My son kept a fever of 102 for 6 hours. We did everything in the book form cool ragscool baths. We finally took him to the fort Walton hospital and the doctor barely even had to look in his ears and he had a severe ear infection so bad that it was going into his other ear. The doctor even said and I quote “ I don’t know how his pediatrician missed it. Obviously he needs his degree taken away”

Amazing kind caring doctor. He does not rush through appointments. Is wonderful with interacting w children and communicating w children. He also takes the time to answer questions. An added bonus is he never makes you wait in the waiting room for long. He’s a doctor who really cares about people Highly recommend him

These folks will and do discriminate. Even if you have a million dollars in hand they will let your child die and not treat if you dont have insurance yet. Can tell his dr oath was done in another country. Will only see vaccinated and insured children. IT IS YOUR JOB TO VACCINATE CHILDREN.

We came to Crestview in December from Panama City and we are very nervous to find a new pediatrician for our children but we found Dr. Manuel and we are so pleased that we found him he’s always so thorough with the children he takes his time and really cares and referrals going quick we’re just so happy we found him

Dr. Manuel is phenomenal. He is caring and attentive. A pure pleasure to take our daughters too. His staff is also amazing.
