Went there for my son an they said they couldn't take my insurance card an was very rude about it then went to niceville urgent care with him an had 0 problems with them taken it she said oh yea we take this!! Sorry but not sorry ,people that works at urgent care in Crestview has always sucked an obviously don't know how to do there job!

The entire clinic is very well kept; it is very clean, extremely professional, and the employees are respectful. Every time I visit I get efficient, real care that gives relief instantly. Could not be more happy with the care I constantly receive.

Impressed with my recent visit to Crestview Urgent Care. The staff was friendly, the wait was short and the doctor was very thorough. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

Thank you so much to the doctors who saw me. Not only were the staff professional and kind despite being SERIOUSLY understaffed, they handled my situation quickly once I finally made it into the room. The doctor who saw me and treated me was so kind to me. I had a painful experience & she was just incredibly patient and sympathetic. I have never felt like my doctor has really cared about my feeling/experience to the degree that these women did. One thing to note: On Saturdays there is quite a long wait time because there just aren't enough people to go around. I waited in the waiting room for roughly one hour despite being quoted an hour and a half. I understand that there is nothing the business can really do about it now, so this is not a complaint! It's just to let people know in case they have a legit emergency and need to be seen immediately.

Hard to believe some of these negative comments. I was treated kindly and compassionately from the moment I arrived. I would not hesitate to recommend Crestview Urgent care to friends and family. My problem was addressed promptly and professionally. Nice to have this facility in Crestview.
