Everyone at Panhandle Orthopaedics is very friendly and helpful! I can tell the staff cares about patients, and always takes the time to answer questions. They're also easy to talk to and joke around with, I almost always leave my appointments with a smile. Dr. Gilmore is very thorough and takes the time to find the best solution. When I first saw him, I had been dealing with severe wrist pain after injuring my hand. He went through every option, including physical therapy, and ultimately it was decided surgery (specifically a release for De Quervain's tenosynovitis) was the best option. He never pushed it on me, and made sure I was comfortable with the decision. I'm now three weeks post-op and my wrist feels better than ever! It's healing really nicely, and I'm finally able to go back to doing the things I love without pain. Dr. Gilmore also helped my mother with a torn rotator cuff several years ago, she was very impressed with him as well! I sincerely want to thank Dr. Gilmore and his staff for all the hard they do!

Great people, great service

I’ve had the opportunity to visit the Crestview and Pensacola Fl offices. The staff is very friendly and very eager to assist. I had an ACL Repair about Four weeks ago and had the privilege of meeting each staff member in some type of capacity. I love the way Dr. Gilmore is very personable with the patient he doesn’t sugar coat the situation he tells it straight and he treats you like he would want to be treated. I got hurt at work so I have to go through workers comp. The workers comp Rep in Dr. Gilmore’s Panama City office has handled my workers comp issues. Her name is Debbie. Debbie has made sure that I’ve received all the necessary paperwork and equipment for my progress with workers comp. Amanda has taken such good care of my incisions and been so gentle with me in the office and on the phone after hours. Nikki and Farrah were such great assistants to help assist with the wheel chair from getting out of the car to rolling me to the waiting room. Monique greeted me very friendly at the front desk. Thank God for Eric in Panama City. He was the on call person that took the call and instructed me what to do. Thanks to Crystal for issuing the correct meds to help with the pain!!! Without the physical therapy I wouldn’t be where I am today, thanks Lindsey and Glen!!! Thanks Sonia for being the glue to hold it all together with that beautiful smile and terrific personality at the front desk because you’re the first person we see.

Professional, Compassionate, Knowledgeable Team!

They steal money from you say you still owe them when you have actually overpaid them. Still have problems because I would not return and pay more when I overpaid. Waited 12hrs to get surgery and had to be there at 6am and went straight to the back to wait till 8pm for surgery. Would not recommend to anyone.

The facility and staff are amazing. I had faith in Dr Gilmore for a long time until my last visit with them I was told the money had run out and I was basically shown the door with a promise that he would help find someone that could help me. That has never happened and I'm still suffering in pain, but have a very good Dr now doing different things with actual results. Very disappointed doc!
