False advertising. This is not a walk in clinic and attempting to make an appointment is ridiculous. Save your time and money and just go to urgent care.

We are living in a very uncertain and scary time. The team at White Wilson went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with my daughter. Yes I understand that it is hard to make an appointment but it is also not an Emergency Room. Be kind, it goes along way these days. It’s not their fault it is policy!

I just want to say with all the delta strain of C-19 going around it is very hard to get into see someone for anything that is NOT C-19 related. My daughter was stung by a wasp for the first time and had a bad reaction. I called and luckily they had an appt that afternoon. Since our local pediatrician was all booked up and short staffed. Liza the ARNP was great with her as well as all the staff. Thank you ❤️

It's beyond my comprehension why a business would name itself Walk In Clinic but not accept walk ins...Also, there is no sign that they don't allow walk ins. Only a sign that says you need to call before you come in only the number does not work.

Don't waste your time. After endless runaround on their phone system they have designed in hopes people will hang up and move on, I was told their "Walk-in" sign is actual false advertising. It's only for established patients. Not my first bad experience with this practice. But definitely my last.

Not a walk in clinic. It doesn't matter if you do have an urgent problem, they won't see you. So make sure you schedule an appointment before something happens.

"White-Wash Non-Immediate don't care clinic!!!"Doctors Ought know the definition of immediate!! They told me my appointment only! Please remove it from your name it is false advertisement! Go to the UC by the Walgreens they are immediate! Please don't use your name to confuse people!!! I'll change my review when you update your policies or name!
