Alex Dickert Md's Online Review Report Card

My MD visit was in a timely manner, Staff was courteous, friendly, MD took his time with me, and had a great bedside manner. Parking is easy here. Office and rooms were clean. I'm very happy with Dr Alex Dickert. I Highly recommend.

Dr. Alex Dickert is one of the best physicians I have been treated by. He is professional, knowledgeable, skilled, personable, and generous with his time. Every appointment I have with him, I am treated by him; the P.A. works with in tandem with him, not in place of him. The Meadowcrest office is perhaps the nicest and best run doctor's office I have ever visited. They are timely, professional, courteous, and extraordinarily efficient. Their follow up to my visits are very quick and thorough; my concerns are addressed right away. The facilities are new, clean and modern, and they make very good use of the latest technologies.

Dr. Alex and his staff are amazing. My needs are thoroughly addressed and I feel very cared for. The office quickly responds to my emails, resolving concerns and requests.

Whatever happened to making an appt to seeing a doctor and actually being able to see one,, Jennifer Yoho is a PA and when I made my appts to see the doc she was the only one I ever saw and the one time I insisted on seeing Dr. Alex Dickert she gained an attitude, after seeing him, I requested a Dr's excuse to return to work for a couple of days because I was in severe pain and she gave me one to return to work the very next day which in fact it was very obvious I could not and she insisted it was their policy,, also she would argue with me about medical issues that I needed. I had several other problems but no need to explain but believe me please it was unpleasant! This place seemed very promising until the true colors surfaced!!! I own up to my faults and try to fix them and so should she!!!

We have been using Dr Alex Dickert and Meadowcrest Family Physicians for 6 years now and have found them to be exceptional across the board. They offer the service and compassion of the old fashion family doctor along with the cutting edge technology of todays modern world. Awesome people, place is amazing. Very very nice to their patients. Robbie was the best! And Meghan is awesome!! Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a PCP. Thank you to all the staff!

The doctor was very thorough in examining me. He is very direct and to the point. I personally like his approach. Finally found a doctor that I can trust to do the correct thing.

My first appointment was excellent! Making the appointment was easy. Whenever I arrived for my appointment, the waiting area was very clean and socially distant in the event ofCOVID-19. My waiting time was very short and everyone there was very friendly and courteous. Everyone there seems to do their job very efficiently and smoothly. My doctor was very good at listening to my needs and concerns. I would highly recommend my doctor and their practice based on my first appointment!
