Like most medical facilities this office is super busy. However the staff is nice and the doctors are great.
Sara A. I have had Dr Navarro for several years and she is an outstanding Dr. I feel she really cares about your health. Every visit I have had she would listen tentatively to everything I said. Never have had a problem with her staff. Thank you all for a job well done.
Her unwillingness to send me to a specialist delayed treatment for a potentially deadly disease.
I love Dr. Navarro and Carrie Stanton, PA I feel like they are caring and attentive. However, the particular office staff I had to interact over the phone with regarding a conflict in a RX was rude and impatient. I can see why the office staff has a lot of turnover.
Awesome. Doctor and staff love them they are kind and the best .
Dr. Daniels is new to the practice, as am I, but so far every interaction I've had with her has been thorough, personal & professional. The staff are kind, prompt and professional as well. I'm having my medical issues assessed & addressed which is why I needed a doctor to begin with. Highly recommend!
Liked the doctor but their procedures were not professional. The doctor no longer is accepting Freedom Health HMO. I received a letter from Freedom Health giving new doctor. Contacted Dr Navarro's office and was told that by 4/1/2021 the issue would be resolved. I contacted Freedom this date and was told she is not listed as a PCP but as a specialist. I contacted Dr Navarro and was told that was correct and they didn't have the time to contact their patients. My husband has health issues and feel that the least they could have done was send a letter to us rather than me waiting. Thank goodness nothing has happened where my husband needed a PCP this month.
Dr Navarro was and outstanding doctor until it became impossible to get an appointment. I saw her for several years then all of a sudden she had no openings to see me. Not one appointment for months. This is no way to run an office. I will now, as I fight Cancer look for a doctor who cares enough to hold openings for full time patients. Shame she used to be a fantastic doctor.
Called today to see if they could call in something for my wife that has covid. She’s a patient here and her mom has been for many years. My wife’s mom was diagnosed with covid Wednesday and we are with her 2-4 hours every day. Was basically told we can’t do anything for her till she’s covid free. Then she said she was going to ask someone else and hung up the phone. I called back and she put me on instant hold. What’s the point in being a doctors office if you won’t help your patient when they are sick. Wasn’t like we where asking for heavy narcotics. We have been staying away from people so we don’t spread it to anyone else. Never asked to come to the office. Then she proceeded to tell me to drive over 30 minutes away to see if they had home covid test.
Today was my first visit. Very please with the doctor and her staff. Very friendly and attentive.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
