I give up. I often got a busy signal and couldn't leave messages. MTM also told me they couldn't reach this location to confirm my last appointment. MTM blames the doctor's office for not answering their confirnation call. And the doctor's receptionist questions why MTM would call the doctor's office but blindly asked if I wanted to reschedule. Rescheduling does me no good without reliable transportation or communication. I also left a negative review for MTM because they both dropped the ball.

I have had nothing but good care from the ARNP S. I have difficulty getting a ride to see them and they have never failed to change it for me if ride doesnt work out for me. they are a great group of people and i am glad they are there for me.

I found this too office very difficult to work with. They wanted me to come back after my yearly physical when all my blood work was good, in 3 months for no apparent reason.

His care and expertise are legendary. Our family has had him as our primary physician for over 15 years or so. He is a kind and gentle practicioner with experience woven with knowledge that ensure the best medical service available anywhere. The only problam is the contact issue. There are times when it seems it is impossible to reach him. If we could have a good reply area on the email, it would help.
