Nice friendly staff. Extremely helpful and caring.

The staff is obnoxious, rude and disrespectful. Unknown to their rudeness I am highly educated and it is unnecessary to treat me or anyone else like they are ignorant. I believe Dr. Grillo has a wonderful bedside manner and treats you with respect and his knowledge. It's ashame that because of the "you know what's" who work for him, that I will not be going back. That's ashame for me.

Absolutely the rudest doctor I have ever encountered in my life! Refused to help me out of my excruciating situation and would not tell me why when I asked, other than, “it’s not standard”, and “it’ll probably resolve in 1-3 months”. When I told him I couldn’t wait that long due to the condition I am in, he got angry and told me I HAD to and I’ve only been “uncomfortable” (actually in horrible pain that is interfering with my neurological disorder) for a few days, when it has actually also been almost two weeks. When I told him I was going to get a second opinion he actually STOPPED in the middle of my examination! He implied that I was lying when I told him my ear started to hurt after he looked in it and degraded the physician that had diagnosed me with a sinus and double ear infection claiming he, “doesn’t trust those people”. There was still even more to his actions and demeanor that was completely inappropriate and as a fellow healthcare worker and human, I could never imagine treating someone (nonetheless a patient!) the way he did me today. I will be filing a grievance against him with the medical board and I highly recommend anyone looking for an ENT go elsewhere.

I am thankful my visit was pleasurable and I learned a lot about my throat and my cough. A thorough exam . Dr. Trolls and his staff was just wonderful. Dr. Grillo told me ways to handle the cough and clearing of my throat and he has no idea how I appreciated his knowledge ....Michelle and Erica were assistants and I enjoyed their professionalism and kindness.

Not a patient, but suffering "tinnitus ticking." Dr. Grillo's EXCELLENT article on WebMD answered my questions, and soothed my concerns. Anyone with Dr. Grillo as their physician is is VERY GOOD, KNOWLEDGEABLE hands.

Have bad sinuses with lots of vomiting. He was not very nice from get go. Didn't want to hear anything I said. He kept saying it was all from smoking. Total waste of my time.

Upon entering, I was welcomed by the lovely, helpful receptionist Teresa, she was just totally cool. Pleasant, and upbeat to everyone she interacted with, which made the atmosphere so positive. My wait was not long. The other nurses were great too. Dr. Grillo is a serious, THROUGH, kind, stern man. He definitely reminded me of my WWII Flight surgeon Dr. grandfather, not age wise, but the no frills, tell the truth, no fluffing your fee fees. That's why I was there. I was concerned. My examination covered all the bases, I'm not dying. Thank God. He also acknowledged what I'm doing well, in my overall health, Thanks for that. I'm amazed in reading other reviews, facts are facts. If the Dr. Says, " quit smoking, and walk, " maybe try that. Or not, just remember, Insanity is doing things the same way, over and over, and expecting a different result. Something like that. I had acoustic trauma to my ears/head which leaves me dizzy 24/7. My neurologist was thinking PPPD ( a diagnosis that started in 2015) and my PCP was thinking Menieres. I believe both are a very close diagnosis. I was referred to Dr Grillo by my PCP. He did not do anything!!! He didn't look at or discuss with me the papers I filled out in the office. He didn't talk with me about all my symptoms. Just did a check up and read a medical record I was told to bring with me from another ent. Told me he has no idea what PPPD is and didn't think it was Menieres, after looking at someone else's notes. Nothing was accomplished!!! Sadly a waste of a lot of time & money. Go to a doctor with Advent Health instead!

Had a little lump. Dr. Grillo found serious problem in a location in the throat that could barely be seen. Got me started at Moffitt ASAP. Five years later, I celebrate great health and no signs of recurrence. Dr. Grillo knows the value of thorough examination and early detection. Thank you. I am a patient for life. Wonderful care every step of the way.

My first initial visit with Dr. Grillo was great! I was so impressed the way he did not rush when he did my exam. The staff is amazing , what a great group of people in this office. I have called them several times regarding my lip surgery that I have scheduled, and not once did they make me feel that I was bothering them. They answered every question that I asked . I was a little nervous to have it done, but after the service I have received so far I am very confident that Dr. Grillo will do an amazing job. I don't usually write reviews, but this Dr.'s office has been one of the nicest office I have been to since I moved to Crystal River 3yr's ago from Tampa. Just to follow up on my review. Dr. Grillo is amazing!!! He did my lip surgery and it it looks amazing after only 2 weeks, you can't hardly see my incision. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Thank you Dr. Grillo and your amazing staff!!
