Doctor Fialko always helps me when I am hurt. He is the best👍💯.

If you’re a first time parent and have any concerns about your newborn ie allergies I would suggest you go to a different doctor. He’s so in and out of the room he doesn’t listen to anything you have to say. He will dismiss you with any concerns you bring to him and simply tell you “be more confident” the standard practice for a patient coming in with allergies concern is to order tests but nope. I’m switching my daughter ASAP, wish I’d done it sooner.

My 3 daughters have been going to Dr Fialko for several years now and we LOVE the staff. I find it troubling to see the review below as Katie has always been so kind and has worked with our family for any need that had to be met. She is certainly a staple to that office and thankful for her always.

On Nov 15th I gave a call to the office because since July I have been having issues getting a doctors reports and diagnosis for my daughter. My daughter is disabled and her school needed documentation to back up her disability diagnosis from the doctor who disabled her from the social security office. I have been back and forth trying to get some help for 4 months, finally I got a letter from social security that they were not able to get medical records of my daughter unless a doctor or representative request it. I got them before so I felt that it was somewhat strange, however I called the office to see if Dr Fialko could request the documents needed, spoke with Katie and I explained to her what I need it. Including telling her that the doctor who disabled her may not be practicing any longer because his phone number is no longer in service. She told me to bring what I have and she will try to help me. That is what I did today and when I got there I spoke with Diana and I explained what I need it including that today I found out that the doctor who disabled my daughter was still practicing per her insurance. He was still listed in the network but the phone number the same that I had to try to call him several times. Katie came out of her corner and said to everybody in the office " That is not what she said". Pretty much implying that I was lying. If she really wanted to help me why she did not came out and help me, instead she went back into her corner and said to another coworker, she is lying!! so I was asked again what do I need from social security. I told Diana the name of the doctor that I needed the report from. Showed her the letter I received from social security along with the doctors name, address and phone number she said she was going to help me as much as she can. All I wanted was to get the report from the doctor who disabled my daughter. He gave her a knowledge test in math and comprehension which her school needs it so they can design a curriculum for her because she is having trouble with school. Is that so hard to ask? I was disrespected by katie and I refuse to go back to this wonderful doctor that my daughter loves. Sorry doctor Fialko I hope that no more patients get treated like this again. I thank you so much for being such a caring doctor. Diana Thanks also for listening to me and for understanding what I needed. Finally social security Vicky called me and told me that the doctor they used to work with is no longer working for them and that she will be mailing what I need today and I will get it on Friday. Things happened for a reason she also told me about Dr St Martin with Pedim Healthcare that he has awesome reviews. I switched my daughter today. As a disabled health agent myself of 25 years I dont need this kind of treatment.

My children have been with Dr Fialko for 25 years! They go above and beyond!

Horrible! I made an appointment and informed them I have religious exemption from vaccines for my children and was told it was no problem if I sign a form. I Received several texts prior to appointment to confirm appointment and did so. Drove 30 minutes to get there on time and was told he can't see my children and won't accept exemptions anymore. No apologies and was never called once when they said they did. Thanks for wasting my time and gas! Really unprofessional way to handle a business, Instead of being upfront.

I have twin boys age 7 that have been seeing Dr. Fialko for 2 years now and we love him and his staff. Our wait time is at a minimum and can get same day sick appointments. He is very thorrow and we are in and out.

I had the pleasure of working for Dr. Fialko for 5 years and see first hand the level of care and love for each and every patient he had. It was a no brainer when I had a child of my own, who I would be bringing him to!
