Dr. DeGraw is a very caring and compassionate doctor. He is very knowledgeable and will refer you to a specialist if he discovers a problem. I don’t feel rushed and he takes the time to explain things. His nurse Lisa is exceptional too. I am saddened to see him leave the practice. You don’t find many doctors like that anymore.

It is very sad that Dr DeGraw feels compelled to leave his practice. He has been my wonderful dr for several years. This office operates on a skeleton crew due to the corporation rules. The poor lone girl up front TRIES to handle everything coming her way, but isn’t too successful. By phone you can’t get through to the office, you have to leave a message. Corporation says a patient has to be scheduled every 15 minutes. Dr DeGraw doesn’t doctor that way. He knows his patients and makes sure that every patient visit is thorough and complete. I waited two hours to see him last week because he can’t abide by the 15 minute schedule. Nurse Lisa is great, but once Dr DeGraw leaves, I hope she will be smart enough to leave too. Good luck finding another nurse as competent as Lisa. Shame on you Bayfront Health. Treat your employees better or close down.
