Although I miss Dr Grabow, when I went to Dr Ross….I was more than delighted. He is the nicest, most caring Eye Dr I have ever been to…and at 80, I’ve been to many! He is caring, doesn’t rush you, and will sit and listen patiently to all concerns with a big smile!

Dr. Ross recently performed a Blepharoplasty surgery on my upper lids. I am extremely pleased with the way the procedure went and the results are amazing. I would highly recommend Dr. Ross.

One star because I cant give less. Took my father here and he was already approved thru his insurance. They still tried to upcharge him. Insisting the insurance company was wrong. And to the receptionist... My medical history and if I have been vaccinated is none of your damn buisness.

My wife is diabetic with pressure in her eyes. Tried to get an appointment with Dr Joseph Ross. She needed an authorization from insurance company. Office said she was not in network with Dr Ross even though we got authorization. Insurance company called office and spoke to Brandy. Allegedly office everything was finalized their was something the office had to do on their end with a third party company called premiere eye care. Wife called to make appt, office stated she is still not in their system, asked to speak to supervisor. Supervisor Priscilla wouldn't help and would not listen and hung up phone on me. Office filed a complaint with insurance company and refuses to see my wife.

My visit with Dr. Ross was one the best I have ever had. He explained everything so that I left fully understanding my eye condition. I highly recommend him.

Excellent Doctor. It is hard to find a doctor that takes the time to educate patients on what is ailing them. I found Dr. Ross to be very professional and educational too. I did not understand why my eyes are always so dry and he was able to help me understand why and gives me options on how to fix my problem. I am much better now and no longer have chronic dry eyes. Thank you, Dr. Ross

I don’t recommend Dr. Ross. I was told by Dr Ross he could perform a procedure on me that was covered by insurance. He said he charges $160. Per eye and insurance covers it. I had to pay out of pocket $958. His bill was $468. And the surgery center charged $490.. I asked if he could at least adjust his bill to what he quoted me but didn’t get any help. I also spoke with my insurance and was told it was applied toward my deductible. I was very disappointed in the lack of help from Dr Ross.
