So far not good. Left two detailed messages two weeks in a row asking about pricing. Have not received even a return call. They do not answer the phone. Just leave a message. Unfortunately this isn’t the only place in town that does this. Business must be booming.

My name is Eddie Levin and I am honored to insure and offer annuities to many doctors in Citrus County and the Blessed USA. I do not have that relationship with this office, simply to give adequate disclosure on my following comments. I feel I am qualified to know a good office when I see one. I personally needed two Cat Scans at Citrus Diagnostic for some personal medical attention. My experience was with the front office, the technicians ( Nicki and Jeff), and even Dr. Amin. The experience at each level was absolutely fantastic; very caring, most competent, friendly and professional. This is a FIVE STAR office and physician that I would highly recommend to anyone. I am honored and appreciative to be their patient. I have used them for years and am committed to do so for my lifetime. Dr. Amin is an extremely kind and caring gentleman. You will be treated with dignity and as a VIP in his office.

I had a bad experience with citrus diagnostic. The office manager made excuses on two different times which cost me valuable time since my cancer diagnosis. I can produce the dates and the times. They dropped the ball on all parts of the experience. Phone calls , information, and reminders were not made when they said they did.The manager blamed me for the mess up. I am livid to say the least.Why in gods name would i not try to make sure they had the information they needed.They failed me. when I needed it most. In the pet/ct scan room as you stair at the ceiling for 30 min. you look up at the ceiling to 3 badly stained over this expensive machine . The light fixture next to it has dead bugs in it. Not related to my main complaint . But it makes you think
