This the WORST place and human beings I have EVER encountered. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. After getting a VERY urgent refferal sent over 10/8 they called w/no message on 10/11, I had to call on 10/22 ask what the hold up is... The lady I spoke to hung up and when i tried to call back. She would block the call... under what scenario is that allowable? Everyone I spoke to constantly tried to the blame on the patient for doing their jobs correctly. When you speak to the manager, she just as rude and unethical as her staff that she leads. It is scary to think people like this actually work in the Health care field. Rhonda, Julie, Connie, Valorie and tge Dr.Ken P. The worst people I have EVER encountered in the health care field. I will be reporting them to the ethics board and proper authorities.

The Dr may be a great Dr but Connie and Rhonda are obnoxious. I explained my insurance doesn’t require a referral and had BCBS called them. They hung up on the BCBS rep and also hung up on me because apparently they know BCBS rules better than the insurance company. The Dr may want to reconsider who answers his phones and runs his business (into the ground).

Best Doctor around for your feet. He listens, has a great bedside manner, makes recommendations, and gives you the best care. My husband and I both have had surgery with Dr. Pritchyk and the outcome was perfect. We have no issues with our feet anymore. His office staff, they are great too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pritchyk for about 15 years or more and I find him easy to talk to and he listens to you as well. I have had surgeries and Evey one was a success. No complications at all. I recommend him for all your foot care needs.
