Absolutely horrible. I called them 4 times and 4 times I told them I was pregnant looking for an obgyn. They said I would get a call back each time I called and I never heard anything. I had my primary doctore fax a referral and I also dropped off a paper copy and both stated I was pregnant. I called them a week and a half later after no call back and was told they no longer take pregnant patients. I'm absolutely livid and understand why there was no cars in the parking lot when I dropped off the referral. This place is horrible with customer service. I do not recommend. Stay far away. Update: finally got a call back AFTER I left this review. Shows you how important their customers are to them.

She was very easy to talk to. She was very thorough and explained things as she did my exam. Would definitely recommend her to anyone needing an OB/GYN!

Great experience overall. Obgyn Dr. Sobel is very compassionate and knowledgeable. Best surgeon,Very caring and listens to concerns, she takes time , explains things answers questions. Staff is great too I highly recommend it 100%.

I am a new patient of Dr. Sobel. She has takes time with me and listens. I especially appreciate the friendly, courteous staff and relaxed, yet professional atmosphere of the office. It is also nice to talk to a live person in the office when I call rather than a call center. Dr. Sobel personally called me with results which is also rare these days.

The staff were very polite and well organized. I chose Dr. Sobel in an effort to establish care closer to home however I'm not so sure I will stay with her. She was very thorough and patient with her student. However, her student was more interested in my medical history than she was. Please don't misunderstand she was clearly the lead in the examination but she lacked interest, lacked eye contact, didn't reflect on anything I shared, and left me feeling like I just visited a "people mill"...."next...." eek. For something soooo intimate and sensitive she lacked humanity. Maybe she's near retirement and burnt out? 🤔
