This business is God blessed for sure. The care, knowledge, and safety procedure are well informed. I have precious experience with past extractions and all of them healed nicely and would highly recommend for new people to the area to check this resource.

Horrible scheduling at this office. I made my mother an appointment and was told her appointment date was over a month of a wait. We still waited the duration, and were told the day BEFORE the appointment that she was taken off the schedule because she did not answer the one automated phone call to confirm. Even though multiple numbers were in her chart for contact. Nevertheless, the appointment was for the next day? How about penalize people for not showing instead of cancelling them off the schedule prior? terrible management systems. Now were told the next appointment opening is over a month out again? How terrible and inconvenient. Shame to see good doctors reputations ruined by poor management.

Dr. Patel and Dr. Brockett are outstanding in their fields. I had major surgery back in 2015/2016. Their team provided outstanding care and professionalism! The doctors were very comforting and guided and helped us throughout. Fast forward to 2023, our daughter had surgery today on her wisdom teeth and again the doctors and staff did not disappoint. Thank you so much for the outstanding care you provide and your passion for patient care!

Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing! They are so kind and caring. I have had two procedures with Dr. Patel and was amazed at how quickly I healed with very little discomfort. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing oral surgery.

My daughter recently had oral surgery for wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Patel and every member of his staff with whom we dealt, were amazing! All of the office staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. Dr. Patel personally contacted us the evening prior to surgery to ensure that he addressed any concerns we may have had. He also contacted us post-surgery to check on my daughter. I highly recommend Dr. Patel's for anyone who requires his services!

An overall amazing experience at this surgery office. When all other offices were telling me it would be months before I could get an appointment, this office had me in within a few weeks. The office itself is beautiful and comforting. The office staff were quite friendly and very helpful. When I called to schedule my surgery, I was able to be scheduled a mere two weeks out. When I arrived for my surgery, the surgeon, Dr. Brockett, came out and sat with us and patiently answered all the questions we had. I have a fear of needles and Dr. Brockett and his staff were very accommodating of this fear, as well. The surgery went very well and my pain was minimal. I had a concern once outside of business hours and I left a message with their answering service. Within ten minutes Dr. Brockett had returned my phone call, and left me with his personal cell phone number if I had any other issues. I could not recommend Citrus Oral and Facial Surgery more!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dr. Patel is awesome at his job! My surgery was quick and painless. Also, the front receptionist, Tia, is amazing!! Over all, great experience! Thank you!

I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted on Thursday. Dr. Patel did an AMAZING job. I have had no discomfort what so ever. I highly recommend them!

I will tell people of Citrus and Marion County that though we don't live in a high population urban area, you can get the highest, compassionate oral maxillary care of any medical service I have ever experienced. If you need it,, go there with confidence, Dr. Rushi Patel is simply the best!!!
