absolutely, unacceptable treatment from this Doctor . I parked right in front of the office facing the window. I was inside my car waiting to meet my husband for his appt. I called the office to be sure I had the right time the phone rang for 20 minutes NO one answered, but I can see the 4 ladies talking to each-other and no one care to pick the phone. Nothing new in that office but it was the first time I witnessed from my car.... I went inside and told one lady what I just saw. The ladies still chatting and laughing. Dr Dela Cruz doesn't have any manners as a doctor he was ARROGANT PLAIN NASTY... he didn't even look at me just pointed his finger like I was a dog saying first I talk then you talk. I had never been so insulted he should go to school and learn compassion and decency. He may have many degrees but his lack of respect towards me showed what kind of Doctor he really is. All I needed was information about medication my husband was taking .... his arrogance was an insult to me or anyone else. Do yourself a favor do not go to this Doctor.

I was not happy with Dr Dela Cruz at my mother's last appointment. She is cancer free (hooray) 6+ years now so her appointment was for check up. He came in talking reincarnation & other after life visions. Very unprofessional in my opinion. He was not being seen for his spiritual thoughts.Staff are GREAT
