I come to this office most days of the week for therapy and it’s never a disappointment!!! Dr. Ray is amazing he knows exactly what he’s doing. 👌🏼 Yesenia in front desk is super kind and will always accommodate your appointment for you with no problem. She will not let you leave unhappy! Mia is a wonder women with her therapeutic massages. She is the freaking best! So humble and caring. :)

First time, and I recommend to all. Never felt more comfortable and taken care of. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, they were very professional and made sure to meet all of my needs. Excellent service! Prompt, Attentive, Efficient and most of all helpful. I have never felt better and more active after visiting Family Medical group. First time at this location let me say i am quite intrigued and how they welcome you feels like home. Going through each exercise regarding the event you’ve gone through, there are other people in the session with you and learn how to manage and get through that tough journey! The Assistant at the front desk yesenia is a big help regarding appointments, scheduling pick ups and for my first time here that day i received nothing but outstanding assistance each day. Now going on a week of being here and striving towards a better and healed body they all are a blessing. It is a process but all the associate’s who work at this location are a big hand of help 🙏 Thank you for the help Family Medical Group Cutler Bay
