Dr. Connolly was through and answered all my questions. The phones are answered promptly and my referrals are processed in a timely fashion. Very easy to make appointments.

During my visit Dr. Connolly forgot I was in the exam room and he packed up to leave his nurse had to remind him that he had more patients. His nurse Elizabeth is extremely unprofessional lacking caring and compassion. I would definitely not recommend.

Had the worse experiences with this Doctor and the way his wife ran their practice. I had cancer, detected after several test. The way I was told that my test came back positive for cancer was like hitting me over the head with a mallet. He just blurted it out in a casual way so I asked him to clarify because I didn't understand. He acted offended that I would ask him the same thing twice and said loudly; "You have Cancer, do you not understand." Bedside manner was horrible during one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. That, along with several other negative incidents, led me to seek a different, and better qualified Physician. No matter when you came in for an appointment you waited about 40 minutes before seeing the doctor. They opened the office on S. Dixie Hwy at 1pm. If you had an appointment at 1pm they'd call you back to screen you and then have you wait in an exam room. Dr. Connolly never came in before 1:20 - 1:25 pm. Never! He would take about 15-20 minutes to see his first patient. If you were there at 1 pm, it would be 40 minutes later before you even set eyes on the Dr. This was SOP for how they ran the office. Even if you had an appointment, it was first come first served!

This is a small office, the staff is friendly, His head nurse Elizabeth is very knowledgeable. Only issue is their office does not accept credit cards or debit cards. Cash and checks only.

This office is a disaster. Especially the staff is outrageously rude. I rather go to a doctor out of state of this was the only office in south Florida. Enough said!

Dr Connolly has that quality of "personal attention." He takes the time to listen to you, and does not rush to the next patient. I have been his patient for over 10 years, and have no complaints; unfortunately, the cost of being listened to has a price: you must wait your turn!

I was surprised to know, after making 1 week in advance appointment, that my appointment had to be cancelled because of insurance issues that was not detected by the office manager at the time I made the appointment. This situation created me great inconvenience because I had to make several arrangements, including work and family plans.
