Horrible doctor! I would give a -1 if I could! Office staff never answers phones. The doctor NEVER calls back as promised. They are rude and lack of knowledge as I need from a doctor!! This is from Joseph Fracasso!

Doctor Albritton is great. But her staff is another story. The first time I went, they royally screwed up the spelling of my last name. So, when I showed up for my second appointment, they had no record of me being a patient. My other encounters with the staff haven't risen to quite that level. But they have all been pretty bad.

We LOVE Dr. Albritton and her staff. We have been going there for years. The nurse practitioner (Stephanie) is great as well. They always take the time to actually listen to what issues or concerns you have. Much appreciated, thank you!

Excellent care, listened to concerns, provides recommendations. Great supporting staff. Very friendly atmosphere! I love that she a local doctor. Understands and is companionate about hard working people.

Be sure to check your medical record after your visit. My mother's medical record was full of errors after the doctor came in and said she had a meeting to go to and couldn't stay. I brought the errors to the attention of the office. They said the doctor and office manager would call and never did. They would not correct her medical record and billed Medicare for the visit.

The staff does not answer the phone. If you use the automated call back they do not call you back.

A few years ago, I was involved in a car accident the same week I had a planned doctor visit with Dr. Abritton for another medical issue. During that visit, I told the doctor about the car accident and asked her to examine me just in case. Dr. Albritton refused saying that if she did then she might have to lose a day at her practice to go to court. When your primary care doctor refuses to examine a patient after they have been involved in a car accident and is only concerned with herself, you need to look for another doctor. I haven't been back to see her since.
