I have to say from day one I was very pleased with Sue and the staffI got to meet Dr McKay one time and he was awesome as wellThe only issue I had was communication but overall they are still a 5 rating doctors officeDue to the communication issues I had to find me a new doctor but I will always appreciate what the staff and doctors did for me as a patient .

I just had to cancel my appontment before I even went. I have been waiting 3 months to see the doctor and I switched employers which in return switched my schedule. I called asking nicely if I could change the time explaining I thought it was a later time. The receptionist told me the next available was over a month later. I asked nicely again if there is anyway I could get in any sooner due to the long wait. She had the nerve to say well youre the one canceling it. Look mam I am not canceling I am attempting to change the time on the same day. But I told her to cancel my appointment all together and I will find a new doctor and hung up. Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by someone who is supposed to know how to deal with customer service. Terrible
