Jennifer Roller's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Roller has been my wife's physician for several years now and never have I dealt with a more caring and compassionate doctor. Over the last few days I've had the pleasure of interacting with her because of a medical issue with my wife and all I can say is I wish I had the option of having her for my doctor. She made us laugh during a stressful time and calmed my fears when it was over and helped my breathe again. To say that she is phenomenal is much too mild. She is the gold standard to which other doctors should be held!

PLEASE READ REVIEWS DO NOT USE THIS GROUP. My daughter used Dr. Roller for BC patches which she had to call and beg for every month and every month they were not done timely so using the patch was useless, then after nasty conversation from jayda she called in prescription at wrong pharmacy which doesn't take the insurance and wasn't authorized by me or my daughter. They were rude and incompetent. This office should truly not be allowed to practice medicine

I had been inherited by a doctor after my original gyn retired. She didn't listen and prescribed me a combination of medications that literally could have caused cancer. Dr. Roller was recommended by a neighbor and she literally saved my life. She took the time to figure out what the issue was and has been so wonderful. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone "of an age" - children gone, menopause has started/ended - she's patient and willing to listen and discuss anything you need.

I needed to see a gynecologist on short notice. Dr. Roller and her staff were very caring and thorough. She explained very clearly all steps to be taken in diagnosing my problem. I left the office feeling more positive. I would certainly recommend Dr. Roller.

I love her. No rushed appointment, explained everything, staff very friendly.

Dr. Roller and Sally are great! They are so nice, and I really like the consistency of always having them both there (as opposed to the larger, more impersonal drs offices with multiple receptionists, nurses, etc). I don’t understand the negative comments about Sally that other people have written in their reviews - she is so caring and helpful - and phenomenal at drawing blood, always makes it easy and painless! I feel really comfortable with Dr. Roller - she is friendly, skilled/gentle at procedures, and always takes the time to listen and explain everything. Wish she could be my primary care!

I honestly think Dr. Roller is an exceptional OBGYN. I have seen many comments about her receptionist and yes it can be hard to get through on the phone but what many don’t know is the receptionist wears many hats. She takes blood, urine and sends labs, she runs insurance, takes vitals, schedules appts and probably more. I’ve seen her do many jobs. Ms. Sally is just busy and juggling many task but I do believe she is caring based on interacting with her.
