How is it , for an emergency dental you don’t have a scheduled visit till the following year? So one is suppose to wait 1 complete year with a tooth infection with the operator not giving any options at all.
The entire staff and doctors at the Seven Springs location in New Port Richey are very caring. I'm so glad my daughter now has an amazing primary doctor.
Worked with my finances and quick relief.
After hours staff is rude and not helpful at all. Need to train staff better.
they asked to arrive 30 mins early to wait for the doctor 45 mins which my appt was at 8am. I specifically made an appt to have the covid shot and TB test I was told I was given a wrong appt and basically said sorry brush me off like if my time wasn't valuable. I would NOT recommend this place and absolutely unprofessional no wonder you have a 2 star rating.
I have been sitting in a room for 1 hr and no dr has come in. it's only a physical. so sad u have a scheduled time but are made to wait a freaking hour
Brought my son for his first dentist appointment. He was seen by Dr Kelly Thomas. She was amazing! We were literally in and out in under 20 mins. She was kind and knowledgeable. Hope they keep her as their pediatric dentist!!! Ahhhmazing!!!
NP Judith Sloote, walked out of my appointment. Because I asked for several specialist referrals (because my Oncologist recommend that I see a Neurosurgeon and Rheumatologist) She told me she couldn't refer me without a diagnosis. I said you're referring me to Rheumatology to RULE OUT autoimmune disease. You're referring me to neurosurgeon to RULE OUT spinal damage. She didn't even address the issue that I was there for. Which was a severe rash on my face. She begrudgingly approved the referrals, and had her clinic nurse come in with the referrals. And sent me on my way. I was beyond disappointed.
The dentist and hygienist talk in Spanish Even after I have asked them not to because I only understand English there is a good hygienist who is excellent at everything her name is Katrina the pediatric dentist Dr. Flicker is also very amazing it has been a long process but I am happy with the workAs far as the waiting room is concerned it used to be super rough long weights and even longer weights in the back but they have gotten better over the last couple of years and at first I did not like the doctors I was saying but now I see two doctors that I really like never see Dr. Karen she is very unprofessional very rude and doesn't deserve to be a doctor in my opinion hope this helps
The receptionist Anita's is a very nasty unprofessional individual. Like just do your job reception. She hung up the phone and refused to let me speak to a supervisor because I engaged in a conversation that did not have anything to do with her when she was suppose to be getting the supervisor or director on the phone once I gave her my name and date of birth. Now I'm not getting an answer lol like she can denied my services. The reason for the phone call is because they are telling you they take your Medicaid or insurance and really don't and don't wait for approval on if your insurance will cover services and bill you instead.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
