This was one of the most frustrating experience with the doctors office as well as with the doctor himself. It seems they only want to give you any attention when you actually in the office and they can hit you in the hundreds of dollars . They don't return calls, could you wan medications with no monitoring, When there is a problem with the new medication it's a problem to reach anyone. The doctor is egotistical overstepped his boundaries with what it is his professional advice beyond what his actual business is. They seem to be only interested in new patients that they can bang out for lots of money and all kinds of test. The staff is trained to help the doctor avoid you and lied to you for the doctor never again.

This physician is not at all helpful. Condescending and unwilling to go to bat for you regarding insurance issues. Has misdiagnosed 3 times so far. Not a patient advocate! I'm looking for another PCP.

While Dr. Zaragoza is a fine doctor his staff leaves much to be desired. It can take weeks just to get prescription refilled. They never call back after leaving repeated messages. I faxed requests, used my chart renewal and even called their prescription line. They ignore you!!

I was recommended to see Dr. Zaragoza by the Urgent Care in Williamsburg. I was suffering from ankle swelling, stomach pain etc. He immediately took control of the situation and sent me for testing. I have been under his care since July, 2009 and he is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever seen. He listens and doesn't rush you when you visit him. More doctors should take his lead.

Dr. Zaragoza was very professional during my visit. I will return to him when needed. My interaction with him was positive. He listens and responds appropriately to questions and/or concerns. His staff was equally professional.

Dr. Zaragoza was very easy to talk to and it really didn't feel like the swinging door type of thing when I saw him for a pain in the right side of my stomach. He was clinical; yet compassionate.

I went to see Dr. Zaragoza for a problem with my hands. This Dr. was wonderful. He didn't just look at that one problem but addressed every single problem I talked to him about. You can tell with this Dr. you are not just a number but he truely cares about you as a person.
